All items are shipped Monday - Friday (with the exception of major holidays) from our warehouse in Dallas, TX.

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from receiving the order.

International Shipping

We are proud to ship swtorgilde worldwide. If you are shopping for an order to be shipped outside the US, start by clicking the flag at the bottom left corner of our website to select the country you'd like to ship to. Your international duty and shipping information will be available at checkout.

Please note that you are responsible for the shipping and duty costs associated with any returns. If you wish to make a return, please email customerservice@swtorgilde.com for a RMA# prior to shipping your return or exchange. This RMA# must be written on the outside of your return packaging.

Please note: Based on new restrictions imposed by governments and carriers due to COVID-19, we are temporarily suspending international shipments.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

We cannot ensure permanent availability of items, as swtorgilde releases many unique and collectible print collections throughout the year. If you see something you love, we suggest you buy it immediately as quantities are limited. Some products sell much faster than we predict. If a particular item is out of stock and more may become available, you'll be prompted to leave your email address to receive an arrival notification.

FAQs

I placed my order on Friday. When will my order be shipped?

The following Monday, as there is no shipping on Saturday & Sunday. There is no shipping on the following holidays: Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Years Day.

Can I modify/cancel my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, no changes can be made once an order is placed, as it immediately enters our warehouse processing system.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, all international shipping is suspended until further notice due to delays and related issues with carriers.

What if the carrier says the package was delivered, but I can't find it?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the carrier provides tracking and proof of delivery. If this occurs, please submit a claim directly with the carrier.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Yes, but you will need to place a separate order for each address.

Is there a tax on my order?

We are required to collect sales tax from customers.

What method will my order ship with?

Priority Ground will ship with DHL & transfer for final delivery via USPS (5-7 business days). 2-Day Air* will ship with UPS or FedEx (2 business days). Overnight will ship with UPS or FedEx (next business day).
